So I've just received the scariest letter ever.... My race number!!
Yip i'm #261 in the http://www.sunderlandcity10k.com race... Thank you to all that have sponsored me in my effort to raise money for Chron's & Colitis UK. As i suffer from Chron's myself it means a great deal that you have taken the time to put your hand in your pocket and help me and other like me who suffer with these.
The race itself takes place on sunday 26th June it would be great to see some friendly faces on the route either laughing at me in running gear or cheering me on I dont care which.
Agin i thank you all.

Happy happy happy
OMG you won't believe this but after the last blog post a few things have changed... Mainly last night I went to slimming world and it was the first time I've stayed in group for about 4 weeks, I can't help it the leader is awful so o can't stand being there. Anyway at group I lost 4lb making me slimmer of the week I also got my 4 stone award... Yes whilst I have attended slimming world I have lost exactly 4 stones.

My biggest achievement of the last few weeks is I've taken the step up from walking/fitness walking to running/jogging I love going out I strap my camera to my back and off I go to the sounds of running trax 2. Now I know I'm not amazing and I building up the distance I run but I'm most impressed that yesterday on a 5km adventure I managed to run/jog 3.5km I was well impressed with myself.

My other big achievement of the last few weeks is that I have purchased my first lot of clothes that have a X in the size. To me it is a really big achievement as now I really feel like I'm losing weight as I have a pile of clothes that are too big for me.

Laura's BBQ Nom Nom ribs
The title is a little strange i know but OMG it was so Nommy!!
This is the strangest BBQ i've had but laura has made it a few times now and OMG it is the best thing in the world.
Ingredients
Really easy to prepare the sauce throw everything in the pan and bring to the boil. Allow to simmer for 30 mins or until you get the consistency you want.
Now the best bit get some cheap pork ribs from the butcher we left them in racks but I think next time we will separate into individual ribs, place in a roasting tray cover with the sauce bang them in the oven on 200c and cook for 1hour.
meanwhile prepare you vegetables yes you need vegetables as they are good for you.
once you slap it together you get this...
As for the Diet thing I have been doing well despite not posting recently. In may I achieved 2 slimmer of the week awards and slimmer of the month for May with an overall loss of 11lbs.
hopefully i'll not forget to post over like I have recently but if I do please give me a shout as i'm currently in the process of trying to get a little photography business going with Stay Focussed web site is still in process of being built but I'm also on facebook as Stay Focussed on Facebook and on twitter follow @stayfocussed_
