Off to slimming world again it's the end of the 12 weeks of loosing weight as a group and a food tasting session. As I'm a little on the "CRAP.... WHERE HAS ALL THE MONEY GONE" stage of the month I've not prepared anything as I need to feed Laura and myself prior to feeding others.
So the last week has been a good week and a bad week all rolled into one. Good as I have managed to keep under the 100kg Mark and hopefully lost more tonight. Bad as on Friday I was a little on the ill side and seemed to spew the contents of my food over last 2 weeks.... Well it felt like that much.
Also on the good side I decided that I was going to do the Sunderland City 10k run...well in my case walk very fast walk. I will keep bleating about this as i am looking for sponsorships so I can raise awareness and support for people with Chron's and Colitis UK. Should be a fun day on 26th June as I go stomping around Sunderland.
Well I'll put the results of the weigh in on twitter/Facebook after the event.

Almost.....
Walking at work is great with the fresh air (gale force wind) light shower (monsoon rain). Another 30 minute break where o head out an walk the 2 miles around Doxford and Moorside.
When I started this walking on lunch I wanted to get from 30 mins down to 25 mins.... No I haven't yet achieved it yet but close 2.02 miles 26mins

Now I've signed up to do the Sunderland 10k I need to make sure I'm fit.
So if you feel the urge to sponsor me please help me raise awareness and support for people with chron's disease Support Tom walking for Chron's and Colitis UK

The Sunderland 10K
So i've decided to put my walking to good use and attempt to raise money for Chron's and Colitis UK.
Well for those that do not know me I have suffered with Chron's disease since I was 17 when I had part of my lower intestine removed due to the disease. At the time there was very little support/help for anyone with the disease and after my operation I was left to get on with my life.
Over recent years I have had several flair ups of the disease and these can leave me feeling very unwell and dependent on pills to ease and keep the Chron's in check.
I would be eternally grateful to anyone who helps Chron's and Colitiis UK to continue offering support and help to those that need it.
How am i going to raise the money i have registered to compete in the Sunderland 10k now I know this is a race but i will not be running i don't think my body or the world is ready for that. I will be doing one of the things i do best and that is pounding the streets walking.
So in short on the 26th June 2011 I will be walking the Sunderland 10K route.

What a week...
And the week draws to an end what a strange week. I was so worried that I would loose my 2lbs so that I would hit the 3stone mark with slimming world. However, I did loose the 2lbs and while I was at Slimming World I also got two other certificates. I received that Slimmer of the week for the second time and Man of the Year. The last one I feel a little wrong accepting as there are only two men at our group and when Abigail handed out the vote slips I was the only man there... Guess I won by default so it kinda takes away how special it could have been.
On the food front I need you all to PROMISE NEVER EVER EVER to make the slimming world creamy chicken pasta it smelt foul and tasted worse if that's possible... So much for my lunches at work. Think I'll go back to making my own food without recipes just replacing the crap for healthy goodness.
Sitting in Starbucks at the minute abusing there free hotspot almost 1 hour used and I only spent £1pm a little coffee for me... I did however spend £4.30 on two cappuccino's god she's going to get hyper... Think I should dump her on the number 3 home...
Somehow Sunderland have managed to get stuffed in there last home game don't know why I mention that as I pay no attention to scores ever.. Oh yeah cos i'm off to get stuffed at my cousins for his BUFFDAY BBQ.
Well that's it for now as I have been text an order for a Starbucks delivery to the T-Mobile store...

First day done
Well there you go day one back at work all done. Just got on with it and got stuck in till I felt like I'd lost the will to live... About ten past nine this morning :P nah the day was fine managed to get 5 miles covered today as went out on every break and really went for it.
Prepared a ham salad with balsamic vinegar for lunch was tasty but think I need to get a cool bag as was a little too warm when I came to eat it but that will have to wait until whenever...
So first week back at slimming world tonight after missing 2 weeks due to neon in Ipswich. I think I've managed to get back on track since returning only cheatish day was Laura's birthday when we went to Fujiyama.
I'm getting so close to that 100kg mark. That is my next self target to get under the 100kg mark. Lets see what the scales say today...

I weighed in at 16st 1oz that's a loss of 7.5 lbs in the weeks off... Yay me

Back to work
Damn I hate this part of a holiday.... The End.... The 100's of emails to catch up on the changes to how we work no doubt and all the gossip i'll have to catch up on... I did however have a great time off chilled relaxed and surprisingly according to the scales this morning i lost weight, now i just need to get through the day until weigh in without putting it on. To help with this i've prepared a ham salad and some carrot chunks for work.
Last nights dinner that laura decided to prepare was amazing, laura prepared a seafood and chicken Paella.
For desert Laura decided that she was going to spread her baking wings a little further and prepare a Slimming World Cherry almond clafoutis and at 1SYN per serving it sounded great.
The preparation looked amazing too
The finale proof was in the eating and i'm sorry to say.... it was not as nice as it looked... Sorry slimming world but that desert was not nice...
